Wine Store Satisfies Grape Expectations

Jill and David Finnies’ affinity for wine led them to growing grapes‚ an activity that didn’t pan out.
Instead of giving up‚ the Finnies opted to enter the wine business from another direction. In October 2006‚ the couple opened Water 2 Wine‚ a store that combines their joy of wine with their desire for a more hands-on experience.
Customers can either choose from the hundreds of wines available for sale or make their own batch with the chemical-free materials the Finnies have on site. All of the wines are available for tasting‚ allowing customers to choose wines that best suit their palates.
Wines made at the store are rapidly aged‚ ready to be bottled in 45 days. Personalized labels can be added to complete the individual experience.
“It’s a lot of fun for the customer‚” says Jill Finnie. “They can come in and make a party out of it.”
